Crump Stock & Station Agency was founded in 2020 by husband and wife team, Damien and Sarah Crump.
Damien is a Class 1 Licensed Stock & Station Agent, Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, and has worked within the livestock industry throughout his entire professional career. He has been around the industry all of his life, with the iconic Wollombi Saleyards in the Hunter Valley being owned by the Crump family for over a century.
Sarah is a licensed Assistant Real Estate Agent, and also has family connections to the agency way of life with her paternal grandfather, Ray Crawford, having owned and operated Ray Crawford & Co Stock & Station Agency in the Inverell area for almost 50 years.

Damien and Sarah reside on the outskirts of Bingara on their small acreage with sons, William, Thomas, Joseph and twin daughters, Audrey and Isabelle. Damien is a volunteer committee member of Bingara Jockey Club, has served for 10 years on Bingara Show Society with 5 years as president, served as president for 2 years on the Bingara Central School P&C, and throughout the drought, volunteered the delivery of essential items to drought-affected farmers.
Sarah is the founding member of local fundraiser, Unleash the Gwydir, aimed at raising funds to assist residents of the Gwydir Shire in health-related matters. This movement has raised over $80,000 since commencing in 2016. She has also previously served on the committee of Bingara Central School’s P&C.
“Our local organisations are the backbone of our community. We are honored to be a part of these groups and give back to our local community.”
